Where My Money Went
Month-end statement check

Where did your money go this month?

Upload your bank statement. The tool reads the remarks you typed on each transfer, sorts your spending, and tells you honestly how the month went.

  1. Download this month's statement from your bank app, as PDF, Excel or CSV.
  2. Upload it here. It is read on your phone and never sent anywhere.
  3. See where it went, and what to do next month.

PDF works best. Excel or CSV exports work too. Drag it here or pick a file.

How do I get my bank statement?
  • In your banking app or internet banking, look for Statement, Account statement or e-statement. It is usually under the account itself or a More / Services menu.
  • Pick the whole month (the 1st to the last day) and choose PDF. If Excel or CSV is offered, that reads even more reliably.
  • Many banks email the statement instead of downloading it. Open the email and save the attachment, then upload it here.
  • If the PDF asks for a password, the bank sets it. The email usually says what it is.
  • A photo or scan of a statement will not work. It has to be the file your bank sends.
Your statement is read inside this browser tab and is never uploaded. Your category edits are remembered on this device, and you can back them up to a file. Month totals are kept only if you say yes.

This is an example month, not your money. Upload your own statement to see where your money went.
